honestly, I admire you. you are a real person with real goals, unlike the crazy fad diets that compromise people's health and leave them worse than when they started, this is a lifestyle for the common person that will lead to sustained weight loss and a greater grasp of health as opposed to image. the number on the scale is only half the battle, our motivation is another component that tackles what's going on inside. it's awesome that you guys seek out tried and true methods to one of our biggest problems!! thanks!

i heard intervals is the way to do it ... i've tried it and it kicked my butt ... once a week is plenty and twice is extra but no more than that ... have you done any interval work?

my goal is to workout shorter and smarter ... i spend way too much time in the gym and not getting as much out of it.
